Zeno Construction has recently completed the design and build of a cutting-edge new office space. The project schedule lasted 13 months starting in July 2023 and completing on time in August 2024. With a project value of £2 million, this development exemplifies Zeno’s commitment to working with clients to create the best environment possible.

 

The design utilised 3D Revit and Building Information Modelling (BIM), ensuring structural precision from the earliest stages through to completion.  The framework is comprised of a lightweight steel frame, paired with precast concrete planks for robustness and efficiency.

 

The building’s external façade is a mix of materials, used to create a modern aesthetic. The first floor features a rendered Steel Frame System (SFS), while the ground floor opts for split-faced tumbled natural stone. The design is finished with large black framed windows for a distinct and refined finish.

 

The interior of the office is designed with functionality and sustainability in mind. Featuring exposed services to create an industrial look. The ventilation system includes heat recovery technology, contributing to energy efficiency and sustainability.

 

In addition to office spaces, the build also includes a functional gym and golf simulator, further enhancing the building’s amenities and appeal. This project highlights Zeno Construction’s expertise in delivering innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that cater to both modern workplace needs and leisure.
