Haberdashers' Adams School

Overview: Window & Curtain Walling Replacement, Internal Making Good, Roof Alterations.

Following a successful tendering process, Zeno Construction were employed to carry out the installation of new curtain walling to large sections of the school.

 

Works also included replacing multiple existing crittall windows and the removal of a glass roof – which was replaced with an insulated felt roof. Working closely with the school to minimise disruption to a part of the school that was logistically challenging, completion of the project was finished within the permitted program and well within the school's budget.

 

The school was left with better ventilation, new ceilings and a watertight façade that had caused issues for years.
