After a successful tender, Zeno Construction was awarded the JCT design and build contract for a new car park to utilise space within the academy's boundary fully.

 

The brief was to ensure the design was as sustainable as possible, so a porous construction method was designed and implemented, to reduce runoff from the area and help prevent any flash flooding.

 

New secure fencing was installed to the perimeter of the car park, alongside new automated vehicle and pedestrian gates – both of which were added to the school’s existing security systems. Finally, white lining was added to ensure the space was used as effectively as possible.
