Zeno Construction has successfully delivered a new reception extension for a busy primary school in Peterborough. Completed on time and ready for staff and pupils to return.​

Designed to increase capacity and improve facilities, the project includes a steel-framed structure with a flat roof and modern external cladding. Internally, we completed a full fit-out with certified fire doors and remodelled existing office and toilet areas to create a more efficient layout.​

We also enhanced safeguarding across the site by installing new perimeter fencing and an upgraded electronic access control system, improving both security and ease of use.​
​

From breaking out the ground and modifying drainage to forming new foundations and completing the build, the project was delivered with minimal disruption to the school’s daily operations.​
